What is ConceptDraw Product Line?
ConceptDraw Product line is a new product line from well known ConceptDraw product line developer Computer Systems Odessa.
It is designed for facilitating of product management from the birth of the idea and through all project life cycle.
Now it consists of two products: ConceptDraw Project and LeadingReports. First one is designed for effective planning,
controlling and tracking of project. The second one is an excellent choice for reporting and presenting your ideas,
results and events related to the project.

Can documents created in the Windows version be opened with the Mac version and vice versa?
Yes. ConceptDraw Products have Windows and Mac OS versions. Mac version works on Mac OS 10.2 or later. Windows version works on Win 2000/XP All files created in ConceptDraw products are 100% cross-platform and can be exchanged between Windows and Mac versions.

I downloaded and installed the Trial version. Is it possible to purchase the serial number and "unlock" this Trial?
No. Trial version can't be unlocked with a key - it's for evaluation purpose only. You'll get a full version when you

Do you offer academic discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts to students, teachers, academic and non-profit organizations.
I use the program at work. Do I need to buy a separate license for my home computer?
No. You can install the program on your home computer provided you'll be the only user of it.

Troubleshooting
I bought and downloaded the full Mac version and got a file with *.CGI extension. I don't know what to do with it.
This sometimes happens - the browsers on the Mac sometimes don't handle filenames correctly. Just drag this file over the
StuffIt expander icon and it will extract into the ConceptDraw installer.
Link for download doesn't work.
Please make sure that you didn't take the odd part of the link.
For Macintosh:
the link must end with .pkg.sit
For Windows:
the link must end with .zip
I have skipped several updates. How do I update to the latest version?
If your version is quite old, we recommend that you contact our technical support and they will provide you with a link to download the full new version.
