Making up the resource sheet

To make up the resource sheet we need to switch to the resource sheet window. For this use Resourse Sheet in menu View. An empty document will be opened, where we will enter the resources necessary to get our project done.

To add resources use Add Resource in menu Workspace. Resource dialog will be opened:

The following information should be entered:

Name – resource name.
Type – resource type. From the appeared list choose either type: human (worker) or material.
Cost – resource cost. The cost of worker is specified per 1 workday, that of material resources – per a measurement unit (for instance, an item or a weight measure).
E-mail (for workers only).
Note – various notes on the resource are entered in this field.

Task: Make up the following resource sheet:

Human:

Material:

  • Food, 0.20 $
  • Tents, 100 $

Resource sheet for workspace

The resource sheet for our workspace is ready. Then we will assign all these resources to projects.
